General

We ask that you register on the website first before calling the Lodge directly to make your reservations. PIA is not responsible for any reservations, deposits, room accommodations or cancellations.

Cost Transparency

Room Cost:

$60.00 plus tax per night per room.

Room Cost Split (2) person(s) per room:

$60.00 plus tax per night / (2) people = $30.00 plus tax. per night per person

Room Cost Split (3) person(s) per room:

$60.00 plus tax per night / (3) people = $20.00 plus tax. per night per person

Room Cost Split (4) person(s) per room:

$60.00 plus tax per night / (4) people = $15.00 plus tax. per night per person

General Lodging Information:

The lodge retains the right and may ask for a deposit on the day your reservations are made. Such deposit will be applied as credit on your Lodging bill when checking out. Any deposit refunds requested during cancellation will follow the Lodges cancellation rules. PIA is not responsible for any reservations, deposits, room accommodations or cancellations.

Event Admission Cost:

$15.00 per person for anyone attending or participating in the event. No one is excluded from the entry fee unless you are an employee or management of the Kenilworth Lodge or you where the winner of last years golden tickets.

Golden Raffle Ticket Cost (Optional Purchase):

$5.00 per person or per raffle ticket. Your chance to win FREE admission plus (2) night stay at next years PIA 2012 event (Thats only if there is a 2012).
Winner will be announced during Saturday nights social and you must be present to win.

Consumption of Alcohol on Premise:

The Lodge will provide beer and wine for a fee during the Saturday night social. No alcohol shall be retained, provided and or consumed on premise other than that being sold during the event by the lodge.

Saturday Night Social

Complementary horderves will be provided for free by the PIA. Beer and wine will be provided and sold through the kenilworth lodge. Next years golden ticket winner will be announced. A special thank you to all the speakers and participants will be given. Raffle prizes, Poker games, Karaoke, Ping Pong, and there is talk this year of a possible
scavenger hunt.

If you plan on participating in the evidence roundtable discussion please make sure you have your evidence in jpeg and or mp3 form when presenting it to us the day of the event along with a brief descriptive on the area of focus. This discussion will be a first come first serve and time is limited.

In order to be a guest and or attend the 2011 PIA CONFERENCE you will need to show membership or sponsorship by a paranormal group that has been established for (1) year or more. It is important that you provide us with a valid name, email and contact phone number of your group or sponsor so that we may verify your registration or your entry to the event may not be guaranteed.

If you plan on donating anything towards the raffle please provide it to us at the door during your registration so we can apply the proper recognition when it comes up for chance. Try to keep the item or items within the event category.

Prepay entry for this event is not available. All entry funds will be collected at the door the day of the event in cash form only. Please review the cost transparency above under presentation event location and investigation. All lodging costs will be reserved by you the individual through the Kenilworth Lodge. Paranormal Information Association is not responsible for any overnight accommodations.
